Ocean Villas - A very special find !! An exclusive and luxury development of villas and apartments set around a magnificent, tropical lagoon-style swimming pool which is heated April to October. A lane separates the villas from the glorious ocean-front lawned and tropically planted gardens which have a path leading directly to the seashore. There is a lovely sandy cove very close to the villas and the main beach is just a short walk away. The centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants and facilities is very close by. The villas are all beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped, each having their own sunbathing terraces and balconies. They are perfect for family holidays in the Algarve. Features

Entrance: The entrance is up a few steps to the front door which opens into a hallway.
Dining Room / Lounge: Large open-plan room with dining table and chairs and some comfortable seating. TV with basic UK channels (and HDMI & USB ports). Log burning stove for winter use. Patio doors open out to the front terrace overlooking the swimming pool, outside dining furniture and sunloungers. A door leads from this room to a small inner hall with maids cupboard, which leads to the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms.
Kitchen: A large arch separates the kitchen from the dining room. It is very well equipped and fully fitted with fridge / freezer, electric oven and hob, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave and all the usual cooking and eating utensils including plastic items for use by the pool.

Swimming Pool: Beautiful, 21 metre lagoon-style adult pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sunloungers. A waterfall feature connects the adult pool with the shallow childrens’ pool. The pool is heated from Easter to end of October. Outside pool shower. There is a grassed sunbathing area and shady areas under thatched parasols, BBQ, tables and chairs
Car Park & Gardens: A lawned garden with a private path stretches down to the rocks and sea. Car parking is available. BBQ. Yoga sessions Mon - Sat in summer
Maid: There is maid service twice per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week.

Aurora is a super, end-of-terrace, townhouse-style villa on a hillside development just off the Luz to Burgau coastal road. It is in an enviable position, only two rows back from the sea front and a short stroll to the beach and all the facilities that the charming small town of Luz has to offer, including many restaurants, bars, cafes, and discotheque / club. The villa is very spacious, comfortably furnished and decorated and has a lovely light and airy feel. There are magnificent views towards Luz Bay from the roof terrace as well as sea views over the roof tops from the upper terrace outside the lounge. As in many Algarve houses, the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living areas on the upper floor to make the most of the views. This very good value villa with its large swimming pool and its proximity to the beach is ideal for a family holiday. Car not essential but recommended.

The glorious large sandy beach has a Blue Flag and offers safe bathing and all types of watersports from May to October. The historic town of Lagos is some six minutes drive away.

Entrance: There is parking outside the villa. A gate leads through the large terrace up to the entrance door which opens into a hall way.
Lounge / Dining Room: Spacious room, comfortably and stylishly furnished. Dining table and chairs. Wood-burning stove for cooler spring and autumn evenings. Smart TV (Internet required at small extra charge). Basic UK TV channels. Hi Fi system. Two sets of patio doors open onto the upper terrace with outdoor dining furniture. Ocean View 1 is a modern, townhouse-style villa in a luxury development of six three bedroom villas which share a lovely round swimming pool. It is in an enviable position right on the sea-front on the quieter side of the charming small town of Praia da Luz. The centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants and facilities is just a couple of minutes walk away.

There is a small sandy beach very close to the villas and the main beach of Praia da Luz is on the other side of the Fort less than 10 minutes walk away.

The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped, and has its own sunbathing terraces and balcony and a small garden overlooking the sea as well as a side garden facing the pool and a lovely built-in BBQ on the back terrace.
