FEATURESEntrance: The villa can be accessed from the front or back of the villa. There is parking just outside.
Lounge / Dining room: Open-plan lounge/dining area, comfortably furnished with Satellite TV channels (bring your own card). Patio doors to terrace with plunge pool and outside seating with beautiful sea views.
Kitchen: An arch opens from the lounge into the well equipped kitchen fitted with all the usual appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Sea views.

ABOUT
Spring Villa is is a beautiful three bedroom villa situated at the quiet western end of Praia da Luz. Set one row back from the ocean, it features a plunge pool, has beautiful sea views and is south-facing so captures the sun all day. The centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants, and lovely sandy beach is about a 5 minutes walk away.
The Blue Flag beach offers safe bathing and all types of water sports from May to October. The historic town of Lagos is some ten minutes drive away and has a vast range of restaurants to suit every taste. Palmares Golf Course, Boavista and Penina Golf Courses are 5 to 25 minutes drive away to the east, while Parque da Floresta Golf Course is a 20 minute drive to the west. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minutes drive. Horse riding stables are at Almadena, also just a short drive away. Car hire, although recommended for seeing the sights and visiting different beaches, is not essential when staying at this apartment, and many clients manage perfectly well without.

ABOUT
Infante Villa 19 is a detached villa located in a residential area, on the hillside above the popular Meia Praia beach with its golden sands. The villa is on two floors and has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, ideal for a family holiday. Car essential.
It is just over 2 kilometres from the beach, Marina and town of Lagos. The Marina offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short walk over the footbridge from the Marina takes you to the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled streets, pavement cafes and a selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. The many beaches that surround Lagos are a short drive away from the villa, although Meia Praia beach can be reached by foot in about 20 minutes.
